K.a Mr. Fix it. Stan had been raised in the projects, and back in the day, he and Fix were homies. Fix was a diminutive fellow about 5'3" and smallish in stature, "small rat" was a common term used to describe him back then by folks who didn't know him, those were "Famous last words" for those who thought of Fix in those terms.
